RJ-Type Connectors includes standard Cat5e plus the newer Gigabit Ethernet compliant Cat6 and Cat6A RJ45 Connectors. Manufactured of premium components, Modular plugs are typically made of clear plastic and have gold plated contacts of varying thickness - 15µm, 30µm or 50µm (microns). The very durable thermoplastic housings of these modular plugs, allow for visual verification of wiring configurations.
